Where do you ship?

We currently ship within New Zealand.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping to the North Island on eligible orders. Shipping rates for the South Island are calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email.

Where are the products stocked?

All products on One Market are in stock right here in New Zealand (unless very clearly marked 'pre-order').

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

On the One market, you are buying products from the business providing the products so to return goods you must contact the business who provided the products. However, you are not alone. We are here to help you.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
